    1) High hang snatch 5×3 @ 20-30% 1RM snatch
    2) Snatch + OHS (1+2) 1-1-1-1-1
    3) Snatch pull and shrug from plate 5×2 @ 100% 1RM snatch
    4) 3 rounds for time of:
    – 5 rt/5lt TGU
    – 50 bicycles
    – 10 consecutive power snatches (or power cleans)
    – 50 double unders
