Joe, I hope you feel fresh for tomorrow morning … I’m taking today off so my shoulders/forearms work. Should be fun … in a painful way.

Kevin – that FW wod was no joke. My forearms still hurt this morning. Yesterday was probably the most useful rest day I’ve had in a long time. I couldn’t lift a thing.
Although this workout definitely looks worth doing on the make up day!
