I can’t believe I have to miss this one.
Yeah, I think my 3 rep max today will with pvc overhead. My baby giraffe/frankenstein legs are still lingering.
I’m interested in seeing how today goes. I don’t think sore legs will impact your 3RM much. The OHS is so much more about core stability, coordination, and hip and shoulder flexibility than it is about leg strength. I bet people surprise themselves.

I got 7.5 lb. weighted pull ups. Pretty sure Dani did too.
