Workout of the Day

Complete 4 rounds for time:

  • 15 push jerks (135/93#)
  • 3 rope climbs
  • 600m run

Time cap = 24 minutes

WOD Notes:  Choose a rope climb option that will take between 45 and 90 seconds each round. The runs should ideally be ~3 minutes. If they go past 4, consider cutting back to 400m runs.
