Warm Up
- 200m run (100 forward/100 backward)
- 15 jumping jacks
- 10 runner’s lunges (5R/5L)
- 5 wide-leg inchworm to A-frame push up
3 rounds of:
- 10 KB/DB reverse lunges (5R/5L)
- 10 KB/DB two-arm high pulls
- 10 KB/DB two-arm push press
Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
- 20 KB/DB sumo deadlift high pull
- 20 plank knee-to-elbow
- 20 one-arm KB/DB thrusters
- 20 sit ups
Rest 1 minute then immediately into cash out:
Cash Out
- 400m sprint (benchmark!)
Cool Down
- Straddle sit-and-reach (1 min Right, 1 min Left, 1 min Center)
