Have you been able to enjoy your “vacation”? I assure you John has an inexhaustible supply of daily WODs designed to leave you panting on the floor. May I suggest taking a leisurely walk on the boardwalk, watching the sunset, while enjoying carbohydrates
Luckily, CrossFit OTG has hosted Erin and me every day this week at 9:30AM, so, we haven’t skipped a beat. “We” plan on resting tomorrow, but there’s a rumor at OTG that tomorrow’s WOD includes heavy OHS… so…. We’ll see.
