- AMRAP in 10 minutes of 5 bar over burpees, 5 thrusters (155/105#), 5 strict pull ups
- Sled drag 6×40 yds then sumo deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
- “Karen” complete 150 wallballs for time (20/14# to 10/9′)
- Complete 3 rounds for time of 10 HSPU, 15 toes to bar, 20 pull ups, 25 KBS (53/35#), 30 double unders

thanks all! Nobody suffered through the 47 burpees-for-time today! The above commentary is quite humbling and reinforces the personal mission to, in my tiny, incremental way, recraft the common, preconceived notion of a ‘grumpy old man’.
