For the 7pm do you still run the 800m route in the dark or just to the 400m mark and back several times? (In other words… Do I need a head lamp?) : )
Ginger, early morning and late evening classes can choose to do multiple 400s or run the 800.
This workout was lovingly referred to as the Gauntlet in college…added bonus was 10 40s at the end! Hooray!
