  • 100 pullups
  • 100 pushups
  • 100 situps
  • 100 squats

WOD Notes:  Angie can be scaled to half reps as needed.  It would be worth while to shave the calluses on your hands prior to the wod…  Angie is known for causing rips.

    Bummed I missed this. Family is knocked out with the flu. So far so good for me, but I am playing Mr. Mom. I am either doing this at my house this week or on Thursday.
