Open Gym – Nov 10, 2016

Join us between 4:30 and 7:30pm for Open Gym. You can work on anything you’d like, including making up a workout you missed from the past week:

  1. AMRAP in 20 minutes of 5 clean and jerks (185/115#), 10 burpees rest 30 seconds
  2. Bench Press 5×10 (65% 1RM) then ring dip 3-3-3-3
  3. Complete for time 30 back squats (bodyweight NTE 60%), 800m run, 30 burpees
  4. “Helen” 3 rounds for time of 400m run, 21 KB swings, 12 pull ups
  5. Open 14.1 – AMRAP in 10 minutes of 30 double unders, 15 power snatches (75/55#)
  6. Sumo Deadlift 5×8 (75%) then 3×10 RDL (30%)
