Open Gym – Dec 21, 2017

Come in tonight between 4:30 and 7:30 Open Gym.  You can work on anything you like including a workout from the last week:

  1. Complete 7 rounds for time of 10 handstand push ups, 2 rope climbs
  2. Back Squat 10-8-6-4-2 reps then 500m row for time
  3. Complete 5 rounds for time of 5 power snatches (135/95#), 10 burpees, 15 sit ups
  4. Bench Press 10-8-6-4-2 then 5×10 ring dips
  5. Complete for time 30-25-20-15-10-5 wallballs and 10-20-30-40-50-60 double unders
  6. With a partner complete 800m run, 30 power snatches (135/95#). 400m run, power clean and jerks (135/95#), 800m run
