To celebrate the END of the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Open, and all the great efforts we saw over the last 5 weeks, we are offering an OPEN GYM tonight from 4:30-7:30pm! That means you can do any workout you want! Come work some heavy lifts, repeat one of your favorite metcons, or try a new benchmark WOD. If you’re at a loss for ideas, check out your goals sheet for inspiration, or ask your friends what they’re doing and join in! This Open Gym does count as a class.
We will also be holding a Barbell Club information session / kick off meeting at 7pm. The purpose of the meeting is to explain the who/what/when/why of Barbell Club and answer any questions you have. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend!

Hey friends- who has an idea? I want to do the snatch/DU WOD but I’ll gladly switch if a bunch of peeps wanna do some thing else!

i should be there at 5:30 at the latest, but can wait if you need more time….
How far back can we go? Do we have to do WOD’s from this week? I’ve been dying to the the “Little Jackie Interval” WOD or the 7 for 7 KB WOD.

Open gym is different than makeup day, where we limit you to the past weeks list of workouts. you can come in and do anything you want!

Me too! I missed yesterday as well. I was pretty sore, especially in my hamstrings. Didn’t want to take any chances. Plus, I really want to get going on MU’s.
Would love to make it today, but I cannot. I wanted to take another crack at the Firebird! OK, not really. Have fun everyone.
