Come in between 4:30 and 7:30 to make up one of the last 6 workouts. This week the choices are:
- Teams of 3 complete 300 push presses (95/65#), 300 sit ups, 15 rope climbs
- On alternating minutes for 30 minutes complete 1 snatch and 1 power snatch
- Complete 10-8-6-4-2 reps for time of power cleans (185/115#), 50 yd farmer carry between each set.
- 20 rep max back squat
- “14.3” – AMRAP in 14 minutes 60 cal row, 50 T2B, 40 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′), 30 power cleans (135/95#), 20 muscle ups
- Complete 3 rounds for time of 75 double unders, 50 KBS (53/35#), 25 push ups
