- Front Squat 20 rep max
- Complete 2 rounds for time of: 5 hang power cleans (185/135#), sprint 100m, 10 S2O (135/95#), sprint 80m, 20 Russian KBS (70/53#), sprint 60m, 30 slam balls (40/30#), sprint 20m, rest 3 minutes
- Rack Pull 5-5-5-5-5 (+7″) then GHR 3×10
- “Grace” – 30 clean and jerks for time (135/95#)
- “Griff” complete 2 rounds of 800m run, 400m run backwards
