- Complete 5 rounds for time of 50 double unders, 15 ring dips
- Max height box jump then 4 rounds of 30s on, 30s off of: DB power snatch right (45/30#), DB power snatch left (45/30#), ring rows, box jumps (65%)
- Run 1 mile then 10×2 banded box back squat
- Partner Interval Cindy: AMRAP in 20 minutes of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats
- EMOM for 15 minutes of 2 snatches (85%)
