- “31 heroes” teams of 4 AMRAP in 31 minutes of thrusters, rope climbs, box jumps and sandbag runs
- AMRAP in 12 minutes of 5 S2O (185/125#), 10 push ups, 15 banded good mornings
- “Helen” – 3 rounds for time of 400m run, 21 KBS (53/35#), 12 pull ups
- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of sumo deadlift (275/185#) and wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
- Bamboo overhead squat 3×5 then overhead squat 2-2-2-2-2-2
