- Complete for time: 30 box jumps (24/20″), 30 power snatches (95/65#), 3 rope climbs, 20 box jumps, 20 power snatches, 2 rope climbs, 10 , 10, 1
- Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 then 20 strongman G2S NFT
- “Lynne” – 5 rounds for max reps of bodyweight bench press and pull ups
