Here are a few important dates and announcements for September!
- Sept 1 – CrossFit Apex Grand Opening (of their new location), 8am-1pm
- Sept 3 – Labor Day – One class only, 10am.
- Sept 4 – Fall Nutrition Challenge kick off meeting – 7:30pm. The nutrition challenge will be a free competition open to all ICA members. More details coming soon!
- Sept 17-22 – Black Out Week! WODs will not be announced in advance this week – show up ready for anything!
- Sept 29 – Save the date for CF Delaware Valley’s 2nd annual “Will WOD for Beer” event. No 10am class today.

What a treat for my birthday week!! Secret WOD’s…I LOVE IT!! I’m also all over the Fall Nutrition Challenge the amount of junk I’ve eaten on this CA visit is obscene.
Me too with the nutrition challenge. I need to break up with ice cream. We have a love\hate relationship.
Hey! T maybe we can partner up for the challenge! Its easier to stick with it if you have to check in with someone.
Also, I am planning on attending the Will Wod for Beer at Delval if anyone else is interested in going!

How does the wod for beer work? Does the winner get the most beer?
LOL, no but that’s a good idea! It’s more of a friendly day of working out than a real competition. We just got more details from Del Val and we’ll post new info soon!
I’d also like to point out that anyone going to WODing for beer and enjoying the beer on 9/29 will be in breach of the nutrition challenge….just sayin’ 🙂 j/k let me know who’s all going I’d definitely be down to support.
