Open Gym – Jul 27, 2017

Join us between 4:30 and 7:30pm for Open Gym. You can work on anything you’d like, including making up a workout you missed from the past week:

  1. Back Squat 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
  2. In teams of 4 complete: 400m run, 100 box jumps, 400m run, 200 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′), 400m run, 300 KB swings (53/35#), 400m run, 400 double unders
  3. Complete 3 rounds of 1 min on, 1 min off: DB thrusters (50/35#), toes to bar, DB snatch (50/35#), row (cal)
  4. Complete 3 rounds for time of: 30 deadlifts (135/95#), 20 hang power cleans (135/95#), 10 push jerks (135/95#)
  5. 1 mile run NFT then EMOM for 20 minutes of: 1 snatch
  6. AMRAP in 10 minutes of: 10 toes to bar, 10 burpee box jumps (24/20″)
