    OLY:
    1) Pause tempo cleans 5×1 (pause 1″ off floor, below knee, above knee and then power position.
    2) Slow temp cleans 4×3 (10 seconds to power position, then clean)
    3) Clean 3-2-1-1-1-1
    4) AMRAP in 10 minutes of: 5 box jumps (high), 5 pull ups (strict), 5 hang power cleans (60%)
