I’m not doubting the difficulty of a tabata hang snatch but thanks to McGonigal’s undying love of all things Klokov I now know this exists in the world. Looks like a fun one, you should program it soon John.
315lb thrusters? Wow.
After watching video I feel very old and weak – but Klokov’s routine is very impressive.
My neck is killing me watching this! Especially those “Klokov Presses” where he is smashing his vertebrae with 205 pounds. Ouch!
I’m guessing his 4 inch traps gives him plenty to rest the bar on, that lift does look brutal.
