  • 60 ??
  • 50 ??
  • 40 ??

Choose your own WOD! You can choose from KB swings (53/35#), Russian twists (45/25#), wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′), burpees and box jumps (24/20″) to fill in the blanks! You can use each movement only once.

    This was definitely a “choose your own adventure” workout. And props to those that start off with 60 burpees.
    So. Many. Burpees!

    Quick question – looking ahead to Veteran’s Day (Tuesday, Nov 11) – Do most people have that day off of work? Last year we followed a normal class schedule but I’m wondering if we should have a “holiday” schedule (i.e., more morning classes, fewer evening classes). Sound off if there is a specific class time you’d want/need that day.

      I’m off, too, and likely not getting up early for the 6:15A. 🙂 Something later in the morning would be preferred — 9a/10a timeframe

      If you kept it to a regular schedule, I’d probably go to an earlier evening class.

      Kids still have school and my work is still on a normal schedule so 6:15 class would work best!!:)
