“2014 ICA Nutrition Challenge Performance Test”

Complete the following 4 tasks:

  1. Max distance broad jump (3 attempts)
  2. AMRAP in 3 minutes of 4 burpees and 8 KB swings (53/35#)
  3. 12 minutes to find 3 rep max back squat
  4. 1 mile run
