AMRAP in 17 minutes of:
- 10 thrusters (95/65#)
- 1 rope climb
- 30 double unders
WOD Notes: We’re looking for high intensity – meaning quick rounds and transitions! Pick a thruster weight that allows you to go unbroken for at least the first several rounds. Same for double unders!
