Daily WOD – May 22, 2019

AMRAP in 17 minutes of:

  • 10 thrusters (95/65#)
  • 1 rope climb
  • 30 double unders

WOD Notes:Β  We’re looking for high intensity – meaning quick rounds and transitions! Pick a thruster weight that allows you to go unbroken for at least the first several rounds. Same for double unders!

Schedule Notes: Remember to reserve a heat time for Murph this Monday. For those new to ICA, link back to last year’s Memorial Day post to see what’s in store! The gym will be open from 7-11am with heats at 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, and 9:30am. There are no other classes on Monday.
