Congrats to Karen for her first solo class! You did a great job and we’re excited to have you on board as an official Assistant Coach!
Congrats Karen!! You did a fabulous job today!
This is the article I needed to read. It makes so much sense. There have been plenty of days I have stretched into an RX weight, finished a WOD and wondered what the point was.

joe – i’ve read that article too. its a good one. kinda like when the coaches recommend a scale, they have a reason behind it 🙂 I was happy to see some smart scaling in last friday’s WOD. those who didn’t took a long time to finish, and probably didn’t her their best intensity. i think you were right on the money!
I just wanted to thank everyone for their support during the game wods. Certainly my ego could not withstand the torture of being taped and commented upon.( I take my dilusion straight up thank you.) ICA folks , I salute you.
Now it’s time to plan the stink and drink at the Garage! So get game ready guys and gals.It promises to be the wod everyone will be talking about!( pogo sticks will not be allowed)
Seriously, thanks everyone!! I couldn’ t have done it without you!
Congrats to the new asst coaches this week. Pretty cool to see ICA grow. The garage ended the Open season with a large crew this morning. Results:
Alexis 47 (45#, kipping, jpu,thin red)
Spotts 63 Rx
Spencer 60 Rx
Scott 64 Rx
Cragle 86 Rx
Ps: We aren’t too mad at Barb for abandoning her roots and performing her wods at a legitimate box. The inspiration and coaching brought out the best in her and we are proud. Want to congratulate Scott on his first open too. Only being a few months into crossfit, you did awesome. Hopefully, next year we will get 100% participation from the garage. Feed the machine!!!
Congrats Sarge!!!
Great watching Barb’s smile on her c2b!
…excited for stink and drink, haha
