What is Battle for the iron Phoenix?

And can we do both swim WODs on Sunday?

It’s an in-house Cross-fit competition at ICA for members only. However to enter you need a Member’s Only jacket.

Damn you, Pete. Don’t ruin it.

Iron is softer then steel, so read into that what you want. But you can’t make steel without iron so technically if it is steel there is iron present.

Members Only jackets are DEFINITlEY required. It is the only way to prove you are a member.

Hey everyone! I really liked the in-house version of the Open this year and appreciate John and Nikki putting it together. Very proud of the firsts and PRs that showed up in force over the 5 weeks.

I hope everyone had fun at the week 5 announcement party. I want to give all the credit to David for coming up with the idea and organizing with Sly Fox.

***We raised $165 for 31 Heroes!***

      1. Erik

The in-house open was a lot of fun. Many thanks to John and Nikki. Plus a great 16.5 gathering because of Dave’s efforts. Looking forward to next year
