  • KB swings (53/35#)
  • Hand release push ups
  • Row (1 calorie = 1 rep)
  • Toes to bar
  • Sandbag cleans

Rest 1 minute between efforts.

    I’m calling this week’s WOD, AMRAP in 8 minutes of 200 double unders, 30 front squats (205/115#), 15 bar muscle ups. Any other predictions out there?

      I said this last week, but maybe this week for time 21-15-9 thruster (95/65) and bar muscle ups??

    Also, we got out late so we didn’t have time to post some achievements from yesterday but here’s what I remember off the top of my head.
    Scott – First rope climb
    Sidlo – First muscle up
    Moira – First banded pull up
    Ron – pretty much first rope climb
    Dan E. – First muscle up on high rings
    Phil K. – First double under and first rope climb (first class too!)
    Craig – First games standard muscle up
    Mar – First rope climb
    Nikki – 20 week pregnant muscle up
    Levy – First rope climb
    Emily – DC first rope climb
    Jon – First rope climb

    John, I was thinking simlar but something like 8-10min AMRAP
    90 overhead squats (95/65)
    60 wallballs
    30 bar muscle-ups

    I think it’ll be a lot of something to start…like the Karen+DUs+muscle ups like last year.

      I hope it’s not 205# front squats. I can’t even clean that, haha…

    John I like your prediction but I think women’s weight would be more like 135#. Maybe it’s the Regionals still haunting me with that number… And instead of bar MUs I say ring MUs. Bar MUs were in the Games last year, so I expect them to show up in Regionals this year, and the Open in 2014. At least, that’s what I’m hoping!
