Workout of the Day

Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes, complete for time:

  • 500/400m row
  • 15 hang power snatches (115/73#)

WOD Notes:  Choose a weight that will allow you to complete each round in 1 to 3 sets.  For the row, plan to hold a pace ~10-15 seconds slower than your PR pace.  Except for round 5.  Destroy round 5.
