AMRAP in 3 minutes of:

  • 5 deadlifts (185/135#)
  • 5 wallballs (20/14# to 11/10′)

Rest 2 minutes then AMRAP in 3 minutes of:

  • 5 deadlifts (185/135#)
  • 5 c2b pull  ups

Rest 2 minutes then AMRAP in 3 minutes of:

  • 5 deadlifts (185/135#)
  • 5 burpees

The weight is NTE 50% of your 1RM deadlift.

    So sad that I will be missing the first TWO weeks of the Open this year. Leaving for Cancun on Saturday for a week-long family vacation. I am seriously looking into Crossfit gyms in Mexico!
