Hahaha thanks Barb! I’ll take that gift any day! We should put together a Sunday WOD over there one of these days… Just try to pick a sunny 50 degree day instead of a snowy 20 degree one. I’m a wimp 🙂

It’s tough to get moving that early, but it was good to get in there today. I’m grateful Mike was there to provide motivation. How is everyone in such a good mood that early? I think Lindsey was smiling the whole time.
It definitely helped that we motivated each other. It’s hard to workout that early, especially running 800 meters.
Kevin- I was smiling for 85% of the time…. I was not smiling while running up the hill or lifting the bar during deadlifts since the first layer or my skin on my hand is gone…anyway- I am glad you and Sara came to the 615 class this morning!! It was good to see your shining faces : )
