WOD Notes: There will be a 25 minute cap on this workout, so please choose scales that will allow you to move through the movements efficiently.
Schedule Notes: Both classes are full for tomorrow, and a 50 burpee penalty is in effect for anyone who signs up but doesn’t show up! Please remove your name tonight if you are not 100% committed to attending. Also, for anyone who is locked out of class, remember that we have Open Gym from 7:30-8:30, so you can come in at that time to lift, do the workout of the day, or make up a workout of your choice!

Hi all, some d bag (s) burned down the Firebird this morning. Since they no longer have a firebird to burn they are going to have a bon fire. However they need wood. If you have any extra to drop off please consider doing so. Good way to get rid of the crappy wood you wouldn’t want to burn in your fireplace. Palletts etc would be welcome.
