WOD Notes: Today is the last chance to knock some 2015 goals off the board. Come in between 7:30 and 10:30 a.m. to do any workout you want! 800m run
5-4-3-2-1 Deadlift (225/155)
10-8-6-4-2 Burpees
(5 Deadlifts, 10 Burpees, 4 Deadlifts, 8 Burpees, … , etc)
If you finish in the 10 minutes, you get the rest of the time to recover. If you are still working at the end of the 10 minutes, you will stop and go out for your next round: 800m run, Deadlifts, Burpees
