    Okay, I’ll bite…

    Am I the only one that is curious as to the number of reps selected? Is this one of those, “You’ve got to show up to find out” scenarios?

    I think I just answered my own question.

      I’ve been trying to figure it out. The rgb color it makes is dark blue which doesn’t seem significant. They are all prime numbers so splitting them up evenly is impossible, so it could just be that.

      We have a winner. Fili, you are correct. It messes with your head pretty good while you are doing the workout. Of course any math at 6:15 is hard.

      John you missed an opportunity. 23/47/73 would have been the 9th, 15th and 21st primes, a nice twist on an old rep scheme. Instead, you went 9/15/22. How much does that irk everyone’s OCDs?

      It still has the 9-7-5 rep scheme (or at least their squares minus 2) that pops up in some workouts. 5*5-2, 7*7-2, 9*9-2.
