Complete for time:

  • 2000m run
  • 22 wallballs (30/20# to 10/9′)
  • 22 muscle ups
  • 22 wallballs (30/20# to 10/9′)
  • 22 power cleans (185/115#)
  • 22 wallballs (30/20# to 10/9′)
  • 2000m run

WOD Notes: There will be a 30 minute cap to get out the door for the second run.  For a shorter version of this workout, consider scaling to 800m runs, subbing pull ups for muscle ups, and picking more “typical” wall ball and power clean weights. Compare to 161223.

Schedule Notes: There are two classes, at 9:00am and 10:00am. The late cancel policy is in effect, so please do not sign up unless you are fully committed to attending! There will be a $10 fee for anyone who cancels less than an hour before class. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

  1. Coach’s Notes: This is a big, big test that takes a long time (see track back). I strongly encourage anyone attending either class to get there early to start some personalized, independent warm up before their class time. I will have the gym open for the 9am by 8:30am. It will be a fast and furious warm up for this Hero WOD.

At the time of his death, he was serving with the D Squadron, 22nd SAS Regiment, in the British Army.
