The movements aren’t the same but that rep scheme gives me nightmares. Between that and the fact that every muscle is sore in my body I’ll take a rest day.

That’s funny Dave. My rest muscle is in-between my hamstrings and low back and I plan on sitting on it all day.
That many pushups is just not right. Reminds me of the terror that was pushups and box jumps with the same rep scheme. I thought I was gonna die.
