Community Notes:
- Good luck to our (over a dozen) masters athletes who are competing at Masters of the Universe competition at CrossFit Generation today! Spectators are encouraged; the action will start around 9am and last until at least 3pm.
- Tonight at 6pm is our member appreciation event / ICA social at the Great American Pub! We have a room reserved on the second floor. “Heavy appetizers” will be provided, and all drinks are $1 off. Bring your kids, significant others, etc for a grand ol’ time!
- Last but not least, Happy Birthday to Kevin, one of the very first ICA members!
