Football WOD – Feb 9, 2014

Perform the following every 90s:

  • 3 back squats (225/135# NTE 70%)
  • 3 box jumps (30/24″)

Then complete for time

  • 50 plyo push ups (100 advanced)

Every time you break a set of push ups, complete 1 suicide run.
