Complete 6 rounds for max reps of:
- 30 seconds deadlifts (60% 1RM)
- 30 seconds rest
- 30 seconds burpees
- 30 seconds rest
WOD Notes: This is a lot of deadlifts at a heavy weight. The percentage (60% of your 1RM) assumes you have good/efficient technique when repping multiple deads in a row. You should be able to hang on for the first 30 second interval, and break no more than once or twice on subsequent sets.
