
Complete 21-15-9 reps for time of:
- bar facing burpees
- overhead squats (95/65#)
- chest to bar pull ups
WOD Notes: The overhead squats in today’s workout are particularly difficult when paired with the other two movements. If this is a movement you enjoy, it is a great chance to work on the skill. We expect fewer than half the athletes today to go overhead and instead will do front squats at the same weight.

Hey all, a handful of us are headed down to CrossFit Main Line as they celebrate their new location in the Gateway Shopping Center (US 202 and 252), behind Panera Bread. They are running their EOD hero WOD at 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 tomorrow morning. Feel free to come out to participate, watch (heckle) or donate to the EOD fund. (I’ll post the link separately)
