    Oly WOD:
    1) 3 position clean: high hang, above knee, below knee. 2@60%, 2@70%, 1@80%
    2) clean 2@85%, 2@ 90%, 1@95%
    3) Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1
    4) Max consecutive power clean and jerks @ 50% 1RM
    5) EMOM for 8 minutes of T2B, choose a challenging number.
