    Does the warmup and WOD for today usually take a full hour? I’m trying to figure out if I can squeeze it into my schedule but I can’t stay more than 45 min. Thanks.

      Hey Jeannette,

      If you come to the 4 or 5 this evening you should be good. I’m not sure what warm ups the other coaches have planned.

    I am with you Angie!! Griff is pretty much my least favorite WOD ever!!!!! I still have flashbacks of the last time we did it…..pucking while running in the blazing heat….

      I puked on this one in my mouth on the 400m bend spit it out on the curb. That was on the second run backward, there’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
