So David and I decided to do our version of the “Iron Cross Broad Street Run.”
That will include AT EVERY MILE MARKER: 5 push-ups, 10 burpees, and 15 air squats. It will be slower than expected, but looking forward to breaking up the miles in the most adventurous way. 🙂
