No one will have to run in the rain – unless you want to! We’ll have some dry/indoor options for the 400m run.

First rule of CrossFit: Dress the part. If you look good CrossFitting, who cares what your form/depth looks like. Here you can see Matt sporting a matching shirt, shorts, AND shoes. Therefore, he must know what he’s doing.

Excellent eyes people! Both B and C are full depth squats because the crease of his hip is below the top of his kneecap. D is how we say “damn close” or “DC.” A is not close.
