Looking at the “flashback” link… Phil, I think you moved up from the 65# OHS. Beast!

  2. Nikki

No one will have to run in the rain – unless you want to! We’ll have some dry/indoor options for the 400m run.

  3. Lindsey

I am going to say C for competition standards!!!

  4. Craig

    I like A

      B is good too.

I think they all look great!

First rule of CrossFit: Dress the part. If you look good CrossFitting, who cares what your form/depth looks like. Here you can see Matt sporting a matching shirt, shorts, AND shoes. Therefore, he must know what he’s doing.

It’s cool…Matt and I are in the Altima club.

    B/C look best.

  7. Chamberlain

I would say b and c look good.

  8. Mike H.

B and C. Thighs parallel with floor.

    1. Ron

actually, I chance my mind (although it appears I am way late for the comments – thought this was for today). I think it’s none of the above. i think he doesn’t get low enough it any of them.

  13. John

Excellent eyes people! Both B and C are full depth squats because the crease of his hip is below the top of his kneecap. D is how we say “damn close” or “DC.” A is not close.
