Join us between 4:30 and 7:30pm for Open Gym. You can work on anything you’d like, including making up a workout you missed from the past week:
- Banded box squat 8×3 (50/40), 20 pulls on the rower for max pulls
- “Fight Gone Strongman” – Stone to shoulder, farmer carry, keg presses, weighted pull ups, tire flips
- Complete 3 rounds for time of: 2 front squats (80% 1RM), 10 slam balls, 1 rope climb
- AMRAP in 14 minutes of: 20 KB snatches (53/35#), 10 lateral burpees over bar
- Rack pull 5-5-5-5-5 then 30 strict t2b
- Run 5k
