Daily WOD – Jun 29, 2017

Join us between 4:30 and 7:30pm for Open Gym. You can work on anything you’d like, including making up a workout you missed from the past week:

  1. Banded box squat 8×3 (50/40), 20 pulls on the rower for max pulls
  2. “Fight Gone Strongman” – Stone to shoulder, farmer carry, keg presses, weighted pull ups, tire flips
  3. Complete 3 rounds for time of: 2 front squats (80% 1RM), 10 slam balls, 1 rope climb
  4. AMRAP in 14 minutes of: 20 KB snatches (53/35#), 10 lateral burpees over bar
  5. Rack pull 5-5-5-5-5 then 30 strict t2b
  6. Run 5k

    For time:
    800m run with a plate (25/15)

    Then 14 rounds of:
    5 strict pull ups
    4 Burpee box jumps (24/20)
    3 Cleans (185/135)

    Finish with 800m run with a plate (25/15)
