Come in between 4:30 and 7:30 to make up one of the last 6 workouts. This week the choices are:
- “Open 15.2” – 3 min of 10 OHS (95/65#), 10 c2b pull ups, then 3 min of 12 and 12, continue until you cannot complete 2 rounds in the 3 minutes.
- Back Squat 3×20 (70%)
- Complete 6 rounds of the complex 5 hang power cleans (185/115#), 7 front squats, 3 push jerks. Complete 10 burpees at the end of the workout for each drop.
- Complete 3 rounds for time of 400m run, 20 deadlifts (40%), 20 push ups
- EMOM for 15 minutes of hang power snatch, hang snatch complex
- “Fran” 21-15-9 reps for time of thrusters (95/65#) and pull ups

I’m calling a chipper with wallballs, box jumps, double unders, and pistols but there needs to be something higher skill to let the top people separate out. I’m guessing muscle ups and maybe some unreasonably heavy clean and jerks. Descending rep scheme similar to last year. 50 DU, 40 wallballs, 30 box jumps, 20 pistols, 10 muscle ups, 5 c&J (225). AMRAP in 14.
He ran the table…maybe shuttle runs?

That’s my kinda day at the office.
Even if there’s a movement in it I cannot yet execute, it will be a race for me to get to that as fast as possible.
I saw the still shot of the video and the first thing that came to mind, “Rack ’em.”
My snap interpretation: we’ll need to rack extra weights onto our bars during this workout, much like 14.x’s ascending deadlift weights.
Or we’ll need a rack. 15.3a – 1RM Back Squat
