You have 2 minutes to complete each of the following sets:

  1. 5 thrusters (155/105#) then 120 yd sprint
  2. 6 thrusters (155/105#) then 100 yd sprint
  3. 7 thrusters (155/105#) then 80 yd sprint
  4. 8 thrusters (155/105#) then 60 yd sprint
  5. 9 thrusters (155/105#) then 40 yd sprint
  6. 10 thrusters (155/105#) then 20 yd sprint

Rest for the remainder of two minutes each set.
