- 7 thrusters (155/105#) then 80 yd sprint
- 8 thrusters (155/105#) then 60 yd sprint
- 9 thrusters (155/105#) then 40 yd sprint
- 10 thrusters (155/105#) then 20 yd sprint
Rest for the remainder of two minutes each set.
