    1) Snatch (2 second pause below knee) 1-1-1-1-1
    2) Clean and Jerk (2 second pause below knee, 2 second pause in dip for the jerk)1-1-1-1-1
    3) 3×10 power snatches (must be unbroken, touch and go)
    4) 3×10 power clean and jerks (must be unbroken, touch and go)
    5) 100 evil wheels
