Haha Lindsey – I’m laughing because I remember telling you during your Intro session that one day you’d say that! Where besides CrossFit do people get bummed out when they miss a workout?! I think it’s a sign you’re ready to up your visits to 3 or 4 days a week 🙂

Karen we’ve missed ya this week! They were hoping to do the mainpage WOD – 5 rds of: 200m run, 7 MU, 200m run, 7 HSPU, 200m run, 30 sec L-sit hold, 200m run, 20 pistols. But since it’s a VERY long WOD we did it as an amrap in 40 min. Brutal!!

i missed you guys this week too. next two weeks i am hard training in prep for vaca!! i’m planning to rep crossfit p-ville in vegas. two within 4 miles of our hotel!!

I can’t speak for Kevin but John put down 2 dozen wings faster than I’ve ever seen, and came back to life quite nicely!
