With a partner complete 3 rounds for time of:

  • 50 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 40 burpees
  • 30 thrusters (95/65#)

WOD Notes:  Only one athlete may work at a time and you must finish one movement before moving to another.  Go fast!

    1) 3 position snatch (high hang, above knee, floor) 4 sets @ 75% 1RM snatch
    2) Snatch 1-1-1-1 (find a training max, limit failures)
    3) Snatch Pull (2×1@90%, 2×1@100%, 2×1@110%)
    4) Behind the neck snatch grip push press 3×8 (50% 1RM snatch)
    5) 40 strict T2B
