    1) clean and jerk – find a training max
    2) front squat 5×2 (80%)
    3) 3×8 BTN presses (light)
    4) Complete 50 hang cleans for time (50% 1RM clean
    -Every time you break a set, complete a 250m row beofore continuing

    Proud Husband Announcement:
    Erin and friend of ICA, Jen Wielgus, will be competing together Saturday at CrossFit Apex’s Masters Spring Fever competition in Souderton. They have heats at 9, 11, 12:30 and Finals at 2:00pm.

    If you want to check out what a local competition is like, come on up and support Erin at Apex. We can yell at her together. 😉

    Oh yeah… forgot to mention, but the Sweet Aloha Truck will be there too.
